Operation ReStart enables returning servicemen, military veterans, retirees, stay at home moms, displaced individuals, etc. with green and food growing resources including products that can both save and make $$ as they improve the life(style) of all that utilize them.
Participants can utilize the resources of their choice that make the most sense in their life and they can offer these solutions to other individuals and businesses through an organized local outreach effort. (your local area as this doesn't need to "our" local)
These combined green/sustainability resources can be applied strategically resulting in personal lifestyle benefits in areas including health, income and sustainability. Businesses can reap similar benefits as can not for profit entities especially schools and faith based organizations.

-there is no cost to participate but you must qualify to be sponsored by SOS
-the first prerequisite is that you must not only be motivated, you must passionate
-candidates are either entrepreneurial by nature or be willing and able to learn this trait
-and must have a good work ethic and be eager to take direction

-by the financial support of those in the Morongo Basin
-through donated time and expertise of those affiliated with the SOS Foundation
