Green and Growing Opportunities
In 2012 we find ourselves right in the middle of an urban agriculture and personal sustainability revolution!
There are now over 2 million of us growing in urban areas in home and community gardens, residential area grows (indoors too) with small farm production, rooftops, warehouses, even apartments, patios and even small NYC balconies!
Many forces are converging at the same time to create all this interest.
Negative factors like: higher costs, lower quality, failing infrastructure, foreign uncertainties, the economy in general, the uneasy need to become more prepared and self sufficient "just in case"... And the
Positive factors like: the benefits of utilizing the efficiencies of green, the health and economic benefits of growing your own nutrient rich food and tying this with the security that comes from being more prepared are all coming together.
This is creating a wave of massive demand with many individuals and companies requiring help to transition smoothly into sustainability.
So what we've seen is that through utilizing green/sustainability products, by implementing gardens and other residential grows for personal, not for profit and for profit uses....creates opportunity for us all.
